Rishon Le Zion

Construction of 200 housing units in the town of Rishon Le Zion.

SIG is currently managing the construction of approx. 2000 semi-attached houses in the city of Netzarim on behalf of the Israeli government, for the Jewish settlers who were evacuated from the Gaza strip, two hotels in the city of Ashdod, two soccer stadium seating 24,000 each, a natural gas pipeline, an Ice Park in the city of Eilat by the Red Sea, and an apartment tower in Givat Shmuel, Israel.

Recent and ongoing developments include three housing projects leased to Israel's Ministry of Immigration to suit the needs of new immigrants, each of which include recreation rooms and classrooms.
